Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS) is seeking hard working and caring Registered Nurses (RNs) who are dedicated to taking care of residents at The Department of Military & Veterans Affairs in Spring City, PA.

Seeking contract full time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to assist in Spring City, PA at The Department of Military & Veterans Affairs. Third shift available, immediate need, full time with rotating weekends. This is not a remote job.

Registered Nurse Supervisors

• Provide general supervision, guidance and assistance to all nurses on each shift in the daily implementation of health care activities, treatments and medications for residents, to meet the requirements of the facility accreditation agencies.
• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the delivery of health services in quality of care and quality of life areas. Direct the nursing staff to make maximal use of time and ability and to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Oversee and participate in the observation of residents’ conditions; ensure changes are reported to appropriate staff. Record daily care performed for the residents on the appropriate forms and the approved electronic medical record.
• Plan for and obtain all medical equipment and supplies necessary to meet the needs of the residents.
• Perform other related duties as required.

RN Supervisor Rate: $75/hr flat rate

This posting is for an hourly contract position and is non-benefits eligible

Full-time; 40 hour workweek; 8 hour days, 30 min unpaid lunch, rotating weekend

• 3rd shift: 2300 - 0730
• FULL TIME WITH EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
• 8 hour shifts

Quality Patient Centered Services (QPCS) is URGENTLY seeking energetic and self motivated Registered Nurses to provide services as permitted within the scope of practice for Registered Nurses (RNs) in accordance with Institution/Facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience and Training Requirements - Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth class title); OR four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability.
• NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a current license to practice as a registered nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing; or possession of a non-renewable temporary practice permit issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

• This contract comes under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, required submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to PA State Police and FBI clearance.
