Summary The Milwaukee Brewers 4-1-Force is made of entertainers that represent our diverse community and have a passion for bringing energy, excitement, and team spirit to every Brewers game. The boundless enthusiasm of our 4-1-Force will be an integral part of the fan experience at American Family Field, directly impacting the enjoyment of all guests at the ballpark through dancing, t-shirt tosses and engaging with fans inside and outside of American Family Field. The 4-1-Force will also represent the Brewers in our community, supporting experiences throughout Milwaukee at local festivals, events, and mascot appearances.

- Entertain and interact with fans at Brewers games, helping to create an overall fun atmosphere
- Showcase a positive, upbeat attitude and outgoing personality while representing the Brewers
- Lead rally moments and engage thousands of fans on the dugout and throughout the ballpark
- Manage concourse activities, contests, and mascot events
- Assist with the execution of in-game promotions and contests
- Represent the Club while creating a fun atmosphere at public, private and community events
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas to enhance the fan experience at American Family Field
- Act as an ambassador of the Brewers organization, ensuring a positive representation of the Club
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
- Candidates must have reliable transportation and live in Milwaukee area year-round
- Candidates must be willing to commit to 75% of Brewers home games during the regular season (including weekdays and weekends)
- Must demonstrate the ability to be comfortable in large crowds. Noise levels in the work environment are frequently loud.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-attendance environment
- Demonstrated ability to be welcoming, outgoing, energetic, and display a positive attitude with fans
- Candidates should be innovative and bring on-going creativity to enhance the overall gameday atmosphere
- Cheerleading, dance experience is not required, but is a plus!
- Candidates must be available for a first round call on February 6 or 7 and an audition at American Family Field on February 13. Auditions include, but are not limited to, game-day tasks such as, hyping the crowd, waving large flags, and entertaining on the dugout
- Candidates must bring a current headshot to the audition
- Finalists will be required to attend an in-person orientation on March 17th
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in dance and/or cheerleading preferred.
Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Hours
Hours vary according to the game and event schedule. Must be available for 75% of Brewers home games during the regular season (including weekdays and weekends). Must be available to arrive up to two hours prior to game time.
