Job Summary: This position is responsible for various auto part to be shipped to major automobile manufacturers for final assembly. Duties include the machining, processing, and assembly of these parts..

Hours available:

11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday- Thursday

• Following all standard policies, associates sub-assembles components using hand tools and air-guns, setting parts in jig and use robotic assistance to affix components while , moving product from one process area to another using hand carts and dollies
• Operating production line equipment within all quality guidelines while maintaining quotas and performing quality checks during and after assembly to verify quality of parts, occasional reset of alarms and minor CNC program adjustments
• Training others on learned processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience on assembly lines is a plus but not required; we offer on the job training
• Understanding of basic quality tools, read and understand directions, and to work with a team.
• Bending, twisting, reaching, and perform repetitive arm movements, lifting up to 40 pounds, stand on concrete for extended periods of time, work required overtime, and withstand temperatures of a fluctuating manufacturing environment.
• Ability to arrive to work consistently and timely, Good attendance is a MUST.
• High school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
