Job Description: - Assist PMs with such items like:
- Unstructured Data Movement
- File Share:
- Track File Share Data Governance Review
- Track against target dates and method for data movement
- Work with Magellan Storage / Server team
- Track all inventory and eventually monitor the deletion/removal of all MRx File Share Data when Prime provides written release. Could be duplicated on the Evolent side.
- SharePoint:
- Track SharePoint Data Governance Review
- Track and work with Prime target date - Method of movement will use Prime's Quest Tool
- Work with Magellan M365 team
- Track all inventory and eventually monitor the deletion/removal of all MRx SharePoint Data when Prime provides written release. Could be duplicated on the Evolent side.
- Shared Mailboxes:
- Track Shared Mailbox Data Governance Review
- Track and work with Prime target date - Method of movement will use Prime's Quest Tool
- Work with Magellan M365 team
- Track all inventory and eventually monitor the deletion/removal of all MRx Shared Mailbox Data when Prime provides written release. Could be duplicated on the Evolent side.
- One Drive:
- Track One Drive Data Governance Review
- Track and work with Prime target date - Method of movement will use Prime's Quest Tool
- Work with Magellan M365 team
- Track all inventory and eventually monitor the deletion/removal of all MRx One Drive Data when Prime provides written release (includes deletion of MRx User's U Drive data)
- Provide status report updates, or ability to roll up gathered updates and review with PM.
