Schedule:
DAY SHIFT ONLY AVAILABLE-- 7am-7pm ($22.00/HR)
WORK MON/TUE, OFF WED/THUR, WORK FRI/SAT/SUN
OFF MON/TUE, WORK WED/THUR, OFF FRI/SAT/SUN, Then REPEAT.
Only Work 15 days a month!!!!

Every Other Weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND!!!!
One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
Total of 84 hours for a pay period and over 40 hrs is Overtime, Paid Bi-Weekly

This is what you’ll do:

• Properly monitors extrusion production including produced product, equipment, performs quality checks on product and maintains the coiling area
• Assist to start reels, set up and monitors product for quality and conformity
• Monitors operating parameters of product and extrusion equipment to confirm that product materials and quality requirements are being met
• Maintains accurate documentation of all product dimensions on production reports and accurately tracks “Lost Production Hours” including the reasons for lost time
• Ensures pipe is marked with proper print line as specified in the quality manual
• Follows all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and reports any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment
• Follows and complies with all company policies and procedures
• Additional duties as required

This is what it takes: Educational Requirements

• 1-year manufacturing experience required
• 1-year extrusion machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to speak, read and write English, fluently..Bi-lingual a Plus!
• Ability to perform simple math, and take measurements required
• Must be able to recognize colors

**Nice to have: Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications

• Forklift experience is a plus

Occupational and/or Physical Requirements

• Understanding of paperwork procedures and documentation requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance
• Ability to spend up to 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery
• Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects

**For Tuition reimbursement you must be a full-time employee and complete one continuous year of employment. You will receive $5,000 a year for undergrad and $7,500 a year for grad.**^^Amount earned is based on Plant performance in four Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S) safety, savings, productivity and teamwork. Employee must be active full-time status during the quarter and at time of payout, with good attendance and no disciplinary action.
