The Washington Service Corps is part of the national AmeriCorps network, and has been in existence for over 30 years. We are committed to assisting federal, state, counties, city agencies and non-profits in finding dedicated Washington Service Corps members who want to do what they can to use their passion to help be stewards of protecting the environment. Our projects do this through environmental education, conservation activities or with some organizations or agencies, a combination of the two. You can serve at one of Washington States beautiful state parks as a Naturalist, learn new skills and gain knowledge at a conservation district providing education and outreach, or serve at a non profit providing environmental education to the public. No matter your skill level, we are interested in hearing from you. So if you are a newly graduated high school student with a passion to learn and be a steward of the environment, or a college grad who is looking to use your college or university experience to build upon your skills and knowledge you gained in the classroom and field experience, we are looking for you.
