Are you a hard-working, dedicated engineer who is passionate about innovation and new product development? If so, Tektronix might be the place for you! If so, we are seeking new engineers for our multifaceted 18-month Engineering Rotation program starting in July 2023. Our program will provide new electrical engineers with end-to-end product lifecycle experience. This program allows our participants to gain a wide breadth of experiences from our engineering work and within our operations practices. You will be part of a cohort of participants who will work with specific projects over three rotations while getting mentorship and support from Senior Engineers, Subject Matter Expert’s and Mentors who have produced award-winning, leading-edge oscilloscope products

Responsibilities:
This program will allow the next generation of engineers to dig deeper into the different aspects that build a well rounded engineer

This opportunity will allow engineers to be embedded for six months at a time within a team such as new product development and operations

We will engage these engineers in mentorship and management in the field that will allow you to learn skills and problem solving within different areas of expertise

At the end of this program, engineers should have a good grasp of the full product design lifecycle and an understanding of what is right for you as an engineer!

Qualifications:
Someone who will be graduating in Summer 2023 with an Electrical Engineering Degree.

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with a curiosity about learning more about Software Engineering in real world situations

Someone with excellent written and verbal communication

Attention to detail and a consistent effort to deliver quality work

Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner

Good technical documentation skills

A passion for continuous process improvement

A familiarity with circuit design, C++/C#, Python and embedded systems would be helpful

Ideal candidate will have basic experience in networking, signal processing, embedded systems and Oscilloscopes
