EIT manages a market leading platform from our offices in New York, Houston, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and London.
We primarily support our clients through a variety of transactions including M&A (buy-side and sell-side), construction and term financings, refinancings, strategic advisory / alternatives mandates, capital structure advisory, and public-private partnerships. The team’s coverage mandate includes the following sectors, among others: airports, seaports, roads and bridges, light and heavy rail, educational facilities, hospitals, midstream energy, renewables (including solar, onshore wind, and offshore wind), battery storage, thermal power generation, regulated utilities, district energy, and water treatment assets. EIT is committed to supporting CIBC’s clients as they navigate the energy transition from carbon-intensive fuels to sustainable solutions, and impacts this transition will have on connected industries.
