2022-Own Practice-Contract Attorney OF COUNSEL
Job description
Okemos Legal Group, PLLC, [OLG] is looking for 2 more Michigan licensed attorneys to join the 3 member firm to have an office sharing arrangement who is “Of Counsel”. The Of Counsel attorney is independent. The Of Counsel has all the benefits of a law firm and benefits of their own practice at the same time. The Of Counsel attorneys have their own practice and the benefits of drawing upon the experiences of the other attorneys and their specialties .
The human resource services are provided, billing, banking, calendar, and filing services. OLG provides office space and furniture, utilities, copier, and other amenities.
The Of Counsel attorney will receive 60/40 attorney fees, and 40/60 of paralegal fees. If no income is generated by the Of Counsel attorney, no payment is due to OLG.
