Position: Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii

Experience: Minimum of 3 months of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or GED; CNA or NA certificate

Type: Full-time; Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Pay: Up to $19/hr PLUS continuous mentorship and progressive job placements

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, and bowel and bladder care
• Take and record patient vital signs and weight
• Observe and record patients' conditions, food and liquid intake and other behavior, and report changes to supervisor
• Help patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devices
• Lift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniques

Position Requirements:

• TB Clearance within the past 12 months
• Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
• Valid Driver License
• Access to an insured vehicle
• BLS CPR
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination as required by federal mandate or approved request for reasonable accommodation for medical or religious exemption
