Position: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Honolulu, Oahu, HI

Experience: Previous experience preferred

Education: HS diploma or GED equivalent

Type: Full-time, Temporary, ASAP – 3 months w/ possible extension

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM (30 min unpaid lunch)

Pay: $17/hr

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Assisting the Accounting Department with data entry, filing and producing monthly templates, scanning documentation, updating network databases, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Be detailed oriented
• Be able to work well under pressure, heavy workloads.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Previous data entry experience and database knowledge are highly preferred
• Must be comfortable navigating through various database applications
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information
• Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines
• Demonstrate initiative and handle tasks without constant supervision
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines
